Do I receive two wallets, or one?
Each wallet comes with two wallets, an outer one for your travel necessities and an inner wallet for your everyday travels.
How do I insert the inner wallet into the outer wallet?
To insert the inner wallet into the outer wallet, simply place the front of the inner wallet under the left slip of the outer wallet (under the passport area).
How should I use my wallet?
There are many ways you can use your wallet. The smaller inner wallet connects to the outer wallet so you can use both (or just the outer wallet) at the airport and then remove the inner wallet to use for everyday travelling. The outer wallet holds all of your important travel documents and the inner wallet is for your everyday cards and cash. The travel wallet also comes with a travel pen which we think will come in handy when filling out those pesky customs and travel forms.
Do I receive a box or bag with my travel wallet?
It comes with both! Your travel wallet will come in a stylish black box and a drawstring bag. The bag is perfect to store your outer wallet after you've used it at the airport.
How should I care for my wallet?
Kyza Travel Co. travel wallets are made from genuine leather so although they are high quality, improper care can lead a shorter duration and visible wear, as like most products. We recommend you keep the travel wallet away from direct sunlight for extended periods of time, wipe with a leather cleaner or warm water using a cloth and when not in use, store them away from dust in your drawstring bag, which comes with your wallet. Over time, leather will scratch and wear, which may improve the look of the product however it is always important to condition with a leather cleaner if the wallet experiences deep and visible scratches.
There is something wrong my wallet, what should I do?
If the product is faulty or not performing as it should, you should let us know so we can replace or refund the wallet. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “FAQ Return”.
Can I purchase an inner wallet and outer wallet with two different colour schemes?
At the moment, we are not offering to sell an inner wallet and outer wallet of two different colour schemes. However this is something we are definitely looking at providing in the future to allow customers to mix and match their Kyza Travel Co. travel wallets.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free express shipping Australia-wide. international shipping prices may vary depending on the country. However do not cover the cost of customs tax when shipping internationally. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the relevant customs tax when ordering our wallet into their respective country.
How long will shipping take?
We only offer express shipping on all our orders all around Australia. As a guide, it should take 2 - 4 days for all metropolitan areas in Australia. Regional areas may experience delays due to increase distance or the effects of weather and natural events. If you're from Australia, we only provide free express shipping. If you're not from Australia, you can simply select your shipping option at checkout. We offer express international shipping as well as standard.

Our payment methods are governed by our host e-commerce site Shopify. Unless notified by Shopify that there are system issues with payment methods, we believe there should be no difficulty completing a payment method unless payment details have been ordered incorrectly.
