Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

We accept returns within 21 days for a full refund. However make sure of the following before initiating a return:

  • Product is returned within 21 days of purchase date. 
  • Product must be unused and returned in the original condition
  • Product must have all original Kyza Travel Co. packaging including external box and drawstring bag
  • The cost of postage to return the product to Kyza Travel Co. is covered by the customer.

To start the return process, email hello@kyzatravel.co with the subject “Return” and details of your purchase date and reason for return.

EXCHANGES

It’s hard choosing the perfect colour for yourself or someone else, so if you want exchange for a different colour, that’s perfectly fine. Just send it back to us within 21 days, and we’ll happily swap it over for a new colour. Just make sure of the following:  

  • Product is exchanged within 21 days of purchase date
  • Product must be unused and returned in the original condition
  • Product must have all original Kyza Travel Co. packaging including external box and drawstring bag
  • The cost of postage to return the product to Kyza Travel Co. is covered by the customer. Kyza Travel Co. will cover the cost of re-sending the new item to the customer using regular service shipping in your area.
